Story Staff
Head GM (Evan Robertson):
    • Responsible for the overall running of the game
    • Create and maintain an immersive world setting
    • Oversee all responsibility of all staff positions
    • Expectations:
      • Be at all scheduled events prior to Game-On Meeting
      • Be available and present at scheduled GM Staff Meetings
      • Be prepared to step in and assist with Game Logistics, like Check-In and Production, when needed
Story GM (Devlin Giroux, Wyn Makros, Jason Mathews):
    • Create plots/adventures for events
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the immersive world setting
    • Assume responsibility of positions listed below Story GM
    • Expectations:
      • Be available and present at scheduled events prior to the Game-On Meeting
      • Communicate availability for, and attend, GM Staff Meetings
      • Assist Head Narrator in delegating appropriate plots/adventures to Narrators as needed
Head Narrator (Kelly MacLeod):
    • Develop plots/adventures for events
    • Expectations:
      • Be available full time at events to run plots/adventures during the weekend
      • Delegate appropriate plots/adventures to Narrators and Junior Story Staff to run
      • Assume responsibility of positions listed below Head Narrator
Sr. Narrator (Vacant):
    • Develop plots/adventures for events
    • Expectations:
      • Be available at events to run plots/adventures during the weekend
      • Take on at least one scheduled NPC shift per event attended
      • Write a minimum of three plots/adventures per event
      • Be available as needed for recurring NPCs
      • Run plots/adventures, with leeway for improvisation and modification
      • Could be called on to run plots/adventures on the fly without write-up, but should briefly consult a GM before running this sort of plot/adventure, if possible
      • Could be pulled by Senior Story Staff if assistance is needed running the event
      • May not assign treasure to a plot/adventure or award treasure (outside of the plot/adventure write-up) in excess of one gold without first consulting Senior Story Staff
      • Will be awarded a monthly allotment of Mist Tokens for their time
Narrator (Stephanie , Justin , Nick):
    • Develop lots/adventures for events
    • Expectations:
      • Be available at events to run plots/adventures during the weekend
      • Take on at least one scheduled NPC shift per event attended
      • Write a minimum of two plots/adventures per event
      • Be available as needed for recurring NPCs
      • Run plots/adventures as written and assigned with only minor modifications:
        • Adding/removing one re-spawn
        • Adding/removing minor ability from monsters
        • Adding/removing one trap, lock, etc…from a plot/adventure
      • May not assign treasure to a plot/adventure or award treasure (outside of the plot/adventure write-up) in excess of five silver without first consulting Senior Story Staff
      • Will be awarded a monthly allotment of Mist Tokens for their time
Jr. Narrator (Chris, Kari, Miriam, Mutch):
    • Train to become a Narrator
    • Shadow Senior Story Staff for 3-5 Events when they are running plots/adventures
    • Expectations:
      • After 3-5 shadowed events, given plots/adventures to run on own (Senior Story Staff will be present to assist, if needed)
      • Take on at least one scheduled NPC shift per event attended
      • Write a minimum of one simple plots/adventures per event
      • May not assign treasure to a plot/adventure or award treasure (outside of the plot/adventure write-up) without first consulting Senior Story Staff
    • Will be awarded a monthly allotment of Mist Tokens for their time
Senior Non-Story Staff
Quartermaster (Kelly MacLeod):
    • Responsible for the maintenance of Monster Camp (MC) materials including costumes, weapons, phys reps, make-up, etc
    • Coordinate with Logistics for donation program to ensure appropriate items and reimbursement
    • Be present and available in MC during events to maintain cleanliness in order to ensure efficient game running
    • Expectations:
      • Ensure MC and associated props are on-site prior to events and that MC is set up and ready to go prior to Game-On Meeting
      • Be present and available at scheduled events
      • Pre-game walkthrough of campsite and all buildings to ensure nothing is wrong
      • Pack up MC at the end of the event
      • Clean used costumes/garments, sort make-up supplies, ensure MC building is cleaned and back in order
      • Post-game walkthrough of campsite and all buildings to ensure everything is in pristine condition prior to leaving
NPC Staff
Lead NPC 
    • Considered to be Narrator-level Staff while on NPC shift
    • Expectations:
      • Ability to play all tiers of monsters
      • Will be awarded Mist Tokens per NPC hourly shift or scheduled time
NPC
    • Responsible for helping Plot Runner with traps, phys rep placement, respawn timing/organization, etc
    • Expectations:
      • Assist Narrator Staff with plot/adventure as needed, could be tasked with playing multiple parts in a plot/adventure or hooking the plot/adventure
      • Portray creatures of Master Tier and below
      • Will be awarded Mist Tokens per NPC hourly shift or scheduled time
Jr. NPC
    • Expectations:
      • Portray NPCs/monsters as directed by Narrators or Lead NPC
      • Portray creatures of Basic Tier and below
      • Will be awarded Mist Tokens per NPC hourly shift or scheduled time
